since covid the staff have no idea what they are doing! every time I order prescriptions for my parents it’s always wrong. I’ve ordered for my self this week requested 2 months supply and received 4 months , surely this needs to be looked into. I have sent the new practice manager and assistant practice manager an email twice expressing my concerns with other problems but still they don’t have the courtesy to reply. receptionists are not trained properly that’s why there are so many mistakes. I understand and appreciate the surgery is very busy but training is key!
