Good afternoon Twinkle999

I would like to begin by thanking you for taking the time to share your experience of the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service. It was reassuring to learn of the professionalism of the paramedics (Phil and Gerry) who had previously been part of the crew that attended to your call, and that such actions resulted in the most satisfactory and comfortable encounter with the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service.

I would be very much happy to share your feedback with the clinicians who attended to you on the day and in order to locate them I would require the following information

Date and approximate time of the incident

The address the ambulance was dispatched to

If you are happy to share this information I can be contacted at Ruairi.cummings@nias.hscni.net

Best wishes

Ruairi Cummings
