(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

My time on the Stroke ward here in Lurgan has been good so far, the staff have been nice and friendly towards me. The care has also been great, food and cleanliness has been top-notch. Every time I go to use the bathroom it is always clean even the ward itself is very clean. Although this is probably just me but the pillows have been quite uncomfortable, would like to see better quality and more pillows given to us but other than that there is nothing that I can see negative with the ward.

It is delightful to read you have found staff to be nice & friendly and in turn receiving great care. The key skills our teams have are essential to deliver high quality person centred care which you have experienced.

If you would like to be more comfortable you can ask staff to get you new pillows or if you would prefer to have a pillow brought in from home please discuss with Ward manager who will advise as there could be infection risks that we would need to make you aware off in thee vent that we would need to discard of your own pillow no minimise infection risk.

I will ensure to share your kind feedback with the team.
