The online website does not work like the receptionist insist they do. Everytime I need a appointment I have to fight for it playing fastest finger first. Last time I got a appointment it was to get my breasts checked and I had to go into the surgery as I could not even get a placement to be in the telephone queue, (this was after calling everyday for 3 days) this was roughly 6 weeks ago. Now bring on today at the start of June - Again trying to get an appointment for a few days now.
Was on hold for 53 minutes for the receptionist to hang up on me as I did not respond to them when they said hello. 53 minutes waiting for an appointment for my mental health, to then be hanged up on. Called back and waited an hour on hold to then be told no appointments. I asked for the complaints email which I was told is on the website. No, it is not on the website
Sort out your staff members on the phone - it's disgraceful that I can never get a appointment.
