"Impeccable bedside manner and professionalism"

We were taken to Paediatrics after calling 999 for our poorly son.

We were admitted onto Ward 1B at Crosshouse Hospital, and the staff were excellent. The care and support provided by all of the staff who saw our son was first class - especially Dr Williamson, Dr McKenzie and Staff Nurses Naomi and Sabrina.

It was a very distressing time for both us as parents and for our son and we could not have coped had it not been for the impeccable bedside manner and professionalism shown by these people in particular.

We are so grateful to be home with our son and can’t thank them enough.
