"Lifts my spirit, when I am in pain"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been very lucky and I think that all of the nurses doctors and cleaners in the ward have been absolutely lovely.

They are so nice and always seem pleased to see me. This builds me up. It feels good and lifts my spirit when I am in pain.

I cannot think of anything that could be better.

I get help when I need it and that has made me really confident.

I have felt safe in the ward. It is very rare to use my buzzer as the nurses are in and out a lot. There is always someone to speak to.

I am pleased your found all the staff to be absolutely lovely and very cheerful and they were able to lift your spirits even when you were in pain. It is lovely to know you felt safe and you always had someone to talk to.
