"My stay has been very good"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Acute Medical Unit (AMU) Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I was sent to ED by my GP as I needed a blood transfusion. I was quickly seen by triage and by 12.30 I was admitted to AMU ward.

I cannot begin to explain to you how good the nurses have been. They would do anything for you, nothing is a bother.

The Hematologist explained everything to myself and my daughter, he was really excellent.

My stay has been very good.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback regarding your time in AMU. It is great to hear that you have had a positive experience with the nurses during your stay and I will be sure to share your lovely comments with them. I am glad you felt everything was communicated well and that your time with us has been a good one. Wishing you all the best.
