About: Crosshouse Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

I attended the Minor injury department with an arm injury and was seen by Lorna, one of the nicest people I have come across.  Nothing was a bother and she ensured I was seen to and given the best treatment. If every nurse was like her no one would want to leave the hospital, I hope this message gets back to her and hope she knows how wonderful a nurse she really is.
