Recently, my son had a fall in the local soft play which resulted in a swollen foot that he could not bare weight on. We attended Fraserburgh casualty to see if someone could take a look at him as he is only 4 years old. We were kindly greeted by a nurse named Grace, who took us in and in my opinion went above and beyond with my son. She took the time to make him laugh and feel secure with her, as he was quite scared and sore. It resulted in my son quite happy for Grace to check his foot. She has also referred us for an Xray this morning. I would really like my thanks passed on to Grace for how she dealt with my son. And in my opinion the NHS should be very proud to have a nurse like her working for them. She is very clearly in the right career. Caring, approachable and professional.
