About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Haematology ward – ward 5

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I am not exactly sure how long I have been in for now but I know it is a fair few weeks. The staff are always amazing, they do so much for you and are so kind. The food is not bad at all, I don't think the variety is too great however, the food does not taste bad. The staff are always cleaning, everything is always lovely and clean. 

The communication with the staff is brilliant, the nurses are just so good and do a fantastic job.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give us feedback on the care you are receiving on our ward. It is really appreciated. I am sorry your stay with us has been prolonged, however I am glad to hear you have felt well looked after by our amazing team. We work really hard to ensure this level of care is always delivered.

Apologies regarding the variety of food. I'm sure the food choices feel very repetitive the longer you are in hospital. Please speak to me directly, I am more than happy to discuss this issue face to face with you.

Thank you again for sharing your views I will make sure they are passed on to everyone on the team, especially the fantastic nurses. They will love your feedback.
