"Expertise and care"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Surgical High Dependency Unit (SHDU) Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Urology (Ward 11c)

(as a service user),

My husband was an inpatient in QEUH in Glasgow for 4 days in April for a major operation. The care he received was second to none, from his same day admission to his discharge we were all treated with the utmost care and respect. Our sincere thanks to Mr Qureshi and the theatre team, the staff in HDU and the Urology ward 11c. Everyone we met were helpful, friendly and supportive and he received excellent care. He continues to recover extremely well which is due to the expertise and care he received. Thank you again

Dear Lainey63

The Urology team would like to thank you for leaving such lovely comments.

These have been passed onto Mr Qureshi and nurses on the ward.

We are sorry that your husband required surgery but pleased to learn that yours and his, experience was positive despite the circumstances.

It is really pleasing to hear all staff delivered such high quality care and even more pleasing to hear he is recovering well.

Kind regards

Sam Zecanovsky
