"The staff have all been okay"

About: Victoria Hospital / Supported Discharge Unit

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I was welcomed on to the ward. The staff have all been okay. 

There was one nurse, I think her name was Wendy, who went out of her way to help me and quickly got the doctor on board. I thought that was really nice of her.

Sometimes I didn't get the food I ordered and that was difficult but I had bananas from a friend. It would have been easier if I had the food I ordered.
