"Poster on wall helps 'Call Don't Fall '"

Everyone is absolutely brilliant. The nurses and all staff are very happy always with a smile. It is very important to smile.

I my past experience I was always frightened to ring the buzzer, as I felt I was an inconvenience. In this ward the nurses are encouraging the patients to ring the buzzer so that gives me confidence. I like the poster on the wall Call Dont Fall ! This gives patients permission to buzz and not be frightened.

Nothing is too much for any of the staff.

I would like to give thanks to all.

It is lovely to read that you found everyone absolutely brilliant and I agree it is important to smile, it can brighten up someone's day. Another bonus is they are free and contagious, when you smile you usually get a smile back!

Its amazing that a poster gave you the confidence to use your buzzer without feeling you were an inconvenience. Its amazing that such a small thing can make a big difference. I will pop along to the ward so that I can see the poster and it would be great to share the poster and your story with other areas.
