About: Victoria Hospital / Discharge Hub

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have been treated perfect from the beginning.

The night nurse was very caring and continually popped in to make sure I was okay. Sometimes she would sit and have a blether and that made me feel good.

All staff have been friendly and caring.

It means a lot when the staff take time to chat  you feel as if you are being really being taken care of. I notice the ward can be very busy however the staff always apologise if they are delayed in getting to me.

I would like to say thankyou to everyone.
