"The staff are very good"

About: Victoria Hospital / Outpatient Parenteral Antibiotic Therapy (OPAT)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I was warmly welcomed to the ward overall the nurses and Doctors are very good.

The nurses are very busy so they don't always have time to talk. They always help though and will do what they can.

I can choose my food off the menu I like the porridge, cup of tea, toast and best of all the ice cream sometimes with Apple tart.

In the ward I enjoy the jokes this has been mainly with the male staff.

Overall the staff are all good

Thank You for taking the time to let us know about your experience in Ward 51 it is always nice to read that we have made your stay as enjoyable as we can, I have a very good team and it was lovely to hear they made you feel welcome and you were able to share a joke or two.

I hope you are continuing to recover at home.

Senior Charge Nurse Valerie Turner.
