"Superb team fantastic treatment"

I’ve been a patient since The end of 2022 with a newly diagnosed condition which I knew nothing about.

Yesterday I turned up for an appointment feeling anxious and in a low mood given my symptoms.

The nurse was just lovely. She took her time, explained things, changed the settings on my machine remotely, discussed other issues, and never once rushed me, even though she’d over run on her time with me.

I cannot praise the team or thank them enough. Everyone provides such a stellar service. Thank you. I left much more hopeful than when I arrived.
