What could be improved
Cleanliness; many professional staff didn't sanitize their hands when dealing with patients. Consistancy; professional members of staff seem to disagree with previous treatments given.
Dignity; witnessed staff treating patients with complete disregard to their dignity.
Disability awareness; staff seemed unable to comunicate in an appropriate manner with hearing impaired patient, leaving him unsure of what was going to happen to him.
Organisation; lost papers, lost appointments, forgot they had the patient on the ward etc...
