My son was referred to speech and language therapy by his nursery in November 2021. I had an initial phone consultation and was given advice of support to use until we were seen face to face.
We were contacted early this year to say my son would be seen for face-to-face appointments. The speech and language therapists were very knowledgeable and made my son and myself feel at ease. My son can be quite shy but he decided he was happy to go in alone with his appointments and they were done in a fun and relaxed manner. He made good progress using a clear programme and we were given activities to work on at home. I was very happy with the support we were given and progress he made in a short period of time.
