"Slow service"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Accident & Emergency Crosshouse Hospital / Xrays & Scans

(as a parent/guardian),

I was in with my son and the time it took when it seemed to be empty was ridiculous. The service was so slow, everyone I saw was just standing about talking drinking tea or coffee.  No wonder there are always backlogs as this is terrible and its every time I come into the hospital, the majority seem to be standing about not doing anything.
