I recently attended the OPLA Clinic at ward 202 ARI for plastic surgery. I was met by Mr Wijemanne and his team. The level of service and care was exceptional. Everyone was kind and helpful and the whole experience was patient centred. The procedure was carried out successfully and as quickly as circumstance would allow.
We need to consider the needs of NHS staff (financial or otherwise) or we could lose medical care of this standard.
