I wanted to say a thank you to Dr Stenhouse. For the first time I felt a GP actually took the time to listen. Only time will tell whether her treatment will work but she took the time to think about it and discuss a plan of action if it doesn’t. Made me feel confident I was listened to.

My name is Sam Clarke, I am the Service Manager for Primary & Preventative Care. Thank you so much for this lovely feedback. I do apologise for not responding sooner. I did speak to Dr Stenhouse and let her know that you had posted your positive experience. Dr Stenhouse has passed on her gratitude and best wishes and is very appreciative of this feedback.

This positivity gives all of our service staff (clinical and non clinical) a good sense of team working, ensuring that patient care is person centred, individual to specific patient needs, and that patient care and delivery is effective. Thank you again for taking the time in using this platform to let us know about your experience. As a service we all strive to achieve this standard of care each and everyday and this feedback really does highlight this.
