(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The staff have been fantastic, I have had so much support from them and I really cannot fault them. They work very hard day in-day out to make sure everyone's okay. The food is lovely, great variety too. Great communication with the staff, they are always good at explaining things 2 or 3 times to me. 

Couldn't think of anything I would change in the ward, everything has been good for me, haven't had any issues.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such positive feedback. The staff work so hard to ensure excellent patient care especially during these most difficult times. I will ensure that staff are made aware of this.
