About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Ambulatory Care - Medical

(as a service user),

I recently was lucky enough to be cared for by the amazing team in the ambulatory care unit. Every member of staff are thoughtful, empathetic and care for each person in a holistic manner. During a time of uncertainty for myself they went above and beyond to make a difficult time more bearable.  

A special thanks to s/n Heather and Karen. Also to doctors Alex and Emily who were fantastic, taking the time to explain each step and keeping patients well informed. 

Nurses and doctors have recently received bad press but staff in this unit are what the NHS was build on and they should be very proud of the work they do.

Thank you for taking the time to provide such wonderful feedback to the staff in CAH Medical Ambulatory Unit. It is delightful to read that all staff members were thoughtful and caring and that they took the time to explain procedures to you. Those staff mentioned will be thrilled that you were able to remember their names.
