"Receiving support and therapy"

About: Community Services in Grampian / Psychological Therapy General Practices in Grampian

(as the patient),

After a suicide attempt during a mental breakdown and major PTSD following it,the mental health team has given me hope and also strength to begin to build the coping skills needed to move forward and rebuild my life.

From my GP’s first visit to accessing this help I have nothing but praise and thanks for all involved at my gp surgery.

I’m still receiving therapy and support on a weekly basis as I try to recover. Without this a don’t think I would still be alive today.
