"Words can never convey how much you did for us"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response

(as a relative),

NIAS were called to my father who took acutely unwell. Their response time, efficient manner and keeping me, his daughter, updated every step of the way was 100%. We went to CAH ED and the exact same approach was followed. It is very clear that the staff are aware how important family are as well as their patient. A huge Thank you to both of these teams, words can never convey how much you did for us.

Good afternoon augusti89

Thank you for taking the time to share your valued feedback. We are always grateful to those who share their experiences of the services they have received. It was heartening to learn of the manner in which the paramedics dealt with the situation and administered the utmost care to your father whilst giving clear guidance and updates throughout the situation. As an organisation we are committed to consistently show compassion, professionalism and respect for the patients we care for.

I would like to share your feedback with the clinicians who attended to you on the day and in order to locate them I would require the following information:

Date and approximate time of the incident

The address the ambulance was dispatched to

I wish your father the best with his recuperation.

Ruairi Cummings
