Once I was discharged from hospital I was referred to the START team. The day after I got home they visited and began discussing what goals I wanted to achieve. They visited almost daily for 6weeks and helped develop my ability on the left side of my body. If it wasn't for them coming to my home there is no way I would have been able to continue my rehabilitation due to my own lack of knowledge,combined with their positive attitude it helped to keep me motivated.
I am really appreciative of this service.
