"Totally reassured about my upcoming surgery"

I was taken into the Pre-Assessment ten minutes before my appointment time. Everything from that point was carried out with efficiency. I was put at ease by the welcoming, friendly attitude of the nurses and by their comprehensive explanations of the various procedures. In total the appointment lasted for 50 minutes and I was back in the car just 45 minutes after my appointment time and on my way home, totally  reassured about my upcoming surgery. Thank you to all the staff at the hospital for their professional and caring attitude.
