"None the wiser after telephone consultation"

About: Belfast City Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

I waited 6 weeks for the results of a CT scan, I had a telephone consultation with someone who was reluctant to tell me their name, I don't even know if I was speaking to a doctor or some other grade of staff.

The person was vague and did not seem to be able to answer my questions.

Having waited 6 weeks for a result and taken an afternoon off work( for which I will not get paid ) I am none the wiser as to my state of health.
