"Fantastic support and care for my grandpa"

As a family we would like to say thank you for all of the support and care provided by the Falkirk MECS team. The care provided was fantastic, and done with dignity and respect!

We had a great experience using this service, all the way from the call handlers to the carers. MECS was a godsend in such a difficult time and provided great support to us as a family when a full care package wasn't in place. For the many times they lifted my grandpa from the floor and the additional service of personal care helped us a lot.

I would also like to thank Emma and supervisor Paulina, who went a step above in arranging mandatory visits in the evening, to make sure my grandpa was clean and comfortable. Thank you from all the family and well done on being a fantastic service!
