"Consideration should be given to more scientific time slotting."

This is an excellent place for the staff at every level. They have been treated each one of us in this bay with such kindness and compassion. I personally feel that there is nothing to me improved upon for the staff as everything has been done right so far. The hospital is kept clean and so are the bays but there are times were the plates and cups could be cleaned a bit better staff might just have to look at the cups more clearly to see if there are dirt marks as its happened to me a few times now. In this ward there does not seem to be lingering smells an odours compared to other wards I have been in which is good. 

All the Staff I have encountered are polite and will asked me how I am and check up on me, which is nice to get to talk to someone as I know they have a lot to do so having them take the time to talk to me is a nice gesture.

I feel that the time keeping could be improved because from previous appointments I have attended to in CAH there seems to be a considerable amount of time spent waiting to be seen. There seems to be a practice of calling people to report at a given time - even though it is a practicable impossibility that they shall be seen at the allotted time. Consideration should be given to more scientific time slotting.
