Two Out-Patient appointments in last 9 months. On both occasions found all grades of staff both helpful, friendly, professional and informative. Hospital spotlessly clean and appt systems running to time. Hope my pre-op assessment and imminent surgery go so well. In spite of recent negative press I find the NHS still gives good service in many areas and specialities. Well done Queen Vic, Herne Bay.
