About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Day Procedure Unit

(as a service user),

I would just like to thank all the staff in the unit who looked after me during an endoscopy. They were all very friendly and put me at ease. Special mention to BJ, Marianne, Shona and Darling. It makes a big difference when you're nervous and people are kind.

Hi,

It is always lovely to receive positive feedback especially when it concerns patient care and treatment. I will pass on your lovely message to BJ, Marianne, Shona, Darling and all the team, each and every one of them will be delighted and the staff will be able to use this post towards their revalidation and appraisals.

Friendliness, kindness, treating each patient with respect and dignity does not cost us anything but these actions can mean the world to a patient coming into the hospital environment. I am delighted you have been given an excellent standard of care in RVH endoscopy, the individual characteristics of the staff have given you a positive experience, thank you again.
