"Staff seem happier and more content"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Basingstoke

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Since the refurbishment at Basingstoke it feels more relaxed and less clinical.

I've also noticed a change in staff attitudes when entering the service. Staff seem happier and more content. It's a positive change to the environment which can help uplift your mood!

Thank you for your post & Feeback!.

It's great to hear that you have experienced such a positive change at the service.

Our aim is o make the Hub's feel more welcoming, safe and theraputic. Improving the visual environment can have a huge impact on the way that we feel, so I am please that the refurbishment has made a difference!
