"Cardiology didn’t respond a request from a Doctor's Practice"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Cardiology Lincoln County Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

I've had two procedures by Urology cancelled which I believe is due to the fault of of the Cardiology department.

On the first cancellation, the Urology Consultant said there was safety issues that needed to be checked, & a referral was made to Cardiology.

I eventually saw Cardiology, & the consultant I saw in Cardiology said they were referring me for a head scan, & a treadmill test, but unfortunately, none of those have happened, plus they never got back to anybody in the Urology Dept.

On the second cancellation, another Urology Consultant gave the same reason, & stated that a further request was being made to Cardiology, plus they were requesting an update scan, etc.

Unfortunately, my previous experiences of Lincoln Hospital Cardiology Department is not good.

In 2018 I kept going there due to heart issues, & blackouts, & they kept telling me there was nothing wrong & kept sending me home.

In December 2018, they finally did some tests that showed there was issues, I was then referred to Nottingham Hospital for heart treatment. I never got into Nottingham until June & I was in such a mess, I nearly died before the surgery.

They did Two Coronary Artery Bypasses, Repaired Two Heart Valves, Repaired a Hole in the Heart & a couple minor things.

Another matter was a new Pacemaker put in & the old one taken out but it was a terrible experience and NHS ENGLAND did a complaint on my behalf.

Over the last year, I've had a test that showed the Heart Valves are leaking again, but they are not going to do anything about that.

Cardiology didn’t respond a request from a Doctor's Practice, plus ignored information & evidence of bad chest pains, breathing issues, blackouts, etc.

At the moment I have a broken pair of glasses, & a phone with a cracked screen & back, which both happened during the blackouts, & I cant afford to get them repaired or replaced.
