(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I'm a paramedic with EMAS. We refered a patient to UCR for holistic assessment and potential antibiotics for UTI. Alison arrived very promptly and we were still on scene. Clinical discussion and Alison was very receptive and pro active in ensuring the patient received excellent standard of care.
