I had an appointment in late June 2013. I was told I would receive an appointment for a minor procedure through within a couple of weeks. It is now 6 weeks later and I still have no appointment. I phoned the appointment line yesterday and after waiting on the phone for 40 minutes was told that this was the wrong number. I was informed that I should go through to the minor procedures number. I got a choice of 2 extensions. I tried them both several times but could not get anyone to answer the phone. I have tried several times today and still no answer. What is going on?
