About: New Victoria Hospital / Elderly Medicine (Ward 1 and 2)

(as a relative),

I wanted to send a thank you to you and your staff for their care and attention to not only my dad (Jack) but us as a family. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were never made to feel we were a burden. I know how busy the ward is so to manage to make us feel like that is a testament to your staff.

I don't know all the staff's names but can I mention Stephen,  your HCA, his kindness and compassion were so appreciated and helped us through some dark days. Sara, your newly qualified Staff Nurse was also excellent. She has been mentored well and it shows. Sheena was also very attentive and even popped in to see Dad when she was not looking after him.

Everyone we encountered on the ward from domestic to Charge Nurse were excellent. I don't think I have ever seen staff who were so happy in their work. Again, testament to your management.

We will pop by some time soon to show our appreciation but for now please know how much you and your staffs care meant.
