About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Acute Frailty Unit (Ramone ward 1)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Ramone 3 has been alright so far feel I have been treated well. However last night the noise levels were completely unacceptable it really was awful in the fact that it wok me up and kept me up for a period of time which I don't like. The staff have been pretty nice so far though really don't mind any of them they have all been pretty nice. I feel i understand most of them but I have found that I have difficulty with accents.

Thank you for posting about your experience in Craigavon Area Hospital we do welcome all feedback to help us improve the service we offer.

I will ensure that all night staff are aware to try when possible to keep noise to a minimum.

We have alerted all staff re noise levels at night

this has improved and no more complaints received
