"Intuitive Recovery Learning Skills Course Feedback"

About: Inclusion Recovery Hampshire / Basingstoke

(as a service user),

I successfully completed this course last September 2022 following a recommendation during a  1-1 appointment with my key worker at my local Basingstoke Inclusion Recovery Hub.

I chose the E-learning self learning option supported by a specialised tutor but there are various possible delivery modules by completing this course which will enable you to choose whichever delivery model suits you best.

Following my completion of the course I have a much better understanding of being able to define addiction, identify the ambivalence of addiction, my addictive desire and how (AD) can strike in many different circumstances and situations.

In the final lesson you will learn about your "Final Contract" - Freedom from addiction for life.  Commitment for Life.

In summary by completing this course you will be able to identify the ambivalence of addition and how it is used to support recovery.  Define Addictive Desire Recognition.  Recognise and resist addictive desire self-talk.  Recognise and identify the practical emotional cost to your family, friends from addiction.  Being able to use the skills of Addictive Desire Recognition to plan future behaviour.

Happy and positive current and future learning skills with Intuitive Recovery.

Thanks for your informative post! I am sure that others will find this really useful.

Intuitive Thinking Skills is a fantastic way to make sense of your own behaviours and to learn new ways of thinking and new coping strategies, and will complement other treatment options we offer.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience and success!
