"Ambulance care"

About: East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Patient transport service Pilgrim Hospital / Orthodontics

(as a service user),

During my cancer treatment at Lincoln hospital I could not wish for a better  and more efficient service with lovely drivers willing to go the extra mile for me...now the cancer has all gone the next health issue comes in. Unfortunately, the ambulance service have access to my records, which I might add, have some discrepancies with my health condition. They have no idea how to treat this and as of now, has progressed so far that that they wont to take me to hospital. Because I was left with with a misaligned, twisted jaw after my treatment in the dental department, and muscles which impact on my health and nervous system, they don't fully understand what they are treating so they have said it's not worth taking me to hospital.

I am now waiting for an appointment to deal with this twisted jaw, which I did have offered, but then they cancelled. The  question is,  do I ring for help when I have chest pains and breathing problems or do I just hope it goes away because the paramedics seem to have a preconceived diagnosis before they arrive.
