"The DARS team really help you turn your life around."

I have been struggling for many years of taking drugs I've been in and out of prison but I've had enough. My drug use starts when I have problems and I was in denial I wouldn't ask for help or let anyone help me. Since I have been in prison and engaging with the DARS team I have finally turned my life around I have been receiving help and I have attending groups which now has allowed me to open up and share problems and I accepted that I have a drug problem My DARS worker is Ben and he has helped me every step of the way I really appreciate all the help, advice and guidance ben has given me. The DARS team in HMP WEALSTUN is really good I can't fault them in anyway. I feel really good in myself and healthy. I have through the DARS team equipped myself with all the tools to stay clean and to prevent any relapse. I want to finish by giving a big thank you to Ben and the DARS team for helping me and others. 

I also recommend to others that are struggling with drugs/alcohol to engage with the DARS team they really help you turn your life around.
