"Service received is excellent"

I felt compelled to write about the excellent service I receive at my GP Practice. North Parade Medical Centre have a patient access app that enables me to book a telephone triage appointment on the required day.  I always get a call back from a GP and on all occasions there has been a satisfactory outcome. 

Most recently my GP rang me at 6.30pm with follow-up which is well outside of contracted hours.  This shows how she prioritises the welfare of her patients even when the practice is closed.

I wanted to write and share this because we hear so much negativity about General Practice. My Practice are extremely dedicated and provide an excellent service, constantly striving to help their patients.  The nursing service is excellent and so efficient and the admin staff are so helpful, reliable and supportive too.
