I strongly agree that the St Luke's Palliative Helpline (Pall24) worked with other services to manage the patient's care effectively.  Do you have magic scissors?  No one else seems able to cut through red tape as you do!

Definitely gold stars all round.

Thank you for taking time for sending us your feedback, which is amazing.

Palliative helpline is 24 hour advice and support line, aimed to support patient and families to remain in the house. Our dedicated team is so passionate and work collaboratively with our professional to support care. We can take carer's additional pressure by calling other professionals, crisis visits and follow up.

I am glad that our team was able to reduce the waiting times and able to connect with different professionals and worked effectively.

We have shared this feedback to entire team who were involved in the care and once again thank you for giving us Gold Stars!!
