Went in for a colonoscopy for investigation after a positivee q fit test. I was absolutely petrified. The staff were absolutely brilliant and had so much patience for everyone on the ward. Everything was explained in detail what was happening and why it was happening. I wasn't waiting a long time to go in and was seen really quickly and given a bed. Went in for the procedure really quick aswell and was out in no time. I Moved back a few months ago after living in Wales for 17 years and this is the first time I felt I understood what was going. The staff at the day procedure unit were absolutely brilliant. An absolute credit to the NHS.
