About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Day Surgery Unit

(as the patient),

I cannot describe how amazing the care has been today within the Day Surgery unit at RAH. I was cared for a team of staff including nurses Sam and Sandie who made sure that I had a comfortable journey through from check in to recovery and discharge home.

All went very smoothly, the team were very thorough with pre and post surgery checks. Constantly making sure you all your needs were met. This is the NHS at its best. I am a clinician myself so can see the negative and critical side of care. However, I can honestly sing the praises of all involved in my care today.
