"Fantastic care and support"

Currently my mum is being cared for by the hospital at home team. They are caring and compassionate, outstanding service and every one involved has taken the time to listen to our concerns and reassure my mum. Nothing is too much bother, they have delivered and set up equipment and always check if she has enough medication and if not return with it later. My mum is 87 and says she feels better after they have been, we are very grateful to them and cannot thank them enough for their fantastic care and support.
