"The care you give us is much appreciated"

About: Parklands Hospital / Juniper Ward

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

“Thanks to all the staff – your intuitive nature means that you notice when someone isn’t OK – and a hello or gesture means a lot. The care you give us is much appreciated, being here has given me the space I need, also knowing I can speak to anyone at any time, and the kindness.”

I am the consultant for the Mid Hampshire Urgent Community Response service. Looking after individuals at home instead of hospital when it is safe to do so.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know how you felt about your care on juniper ward.

It so important to know that you are being 'seen' and it sounds like the team knew you and what you needed.

It good to hear about the teams kindness towards you. I know Jess will let the team know

Thank you
