About: Virtual Wards / Acute Respiratory Infection Ward

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The virtual ward service is a lovely concept. I didn’t realise I had Covid but had to test for my clinical trials with cancer. There was no intervention needed as I did not feel unwell at all. The virtual ward remained courteous and called me despite me being well to make sure I was okay.
