(as a relative),

My mum and dad would like to thank Michelle GI nurse for her excellent care and compassion during my dad's recent experience. She visited him at home to explain all about having a PEG tube insertion. She visited him in the ward and was with him during the procedure. My dad would like her to know she made him feel very comfortable and safe as she explained everything so he could understand what was going to happen.
