What I liked

I have been today to both the orthopaedic pre-op clinic and then straight to see the specialist Nurse.

What an excellent service a patient gets from this hospital. The pre-op appt. was arranged to coincide with my already pre booked appt. This is an excellent example of team working to make the patient experience more comfortable and limiting the stress on our busy lives. All of my appts are always on time, I am never kept waiting.

What could be improved

Disabled car parking is the only serious difficulty I have at this hospital site. Any improvement would be useful.

We acknowledge that car parking for patients and visitors with disabilities can at times be difficult. Although there are spaces at the front of the hospital and in the adjacent road we are currently looking at other options to improve the situation.
